Malisa Shreve, LCSW
About Me
As an intimacy and sexuality specialist and seasoned trauma therapist, I provide trauma-informed relational therapy for individuals.
With over 35 years of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including outpatient therapy, intensive family services, inpatient, and leadership roles in community mental health. My work has included serving children, adolescents, adults, and families, as well as developing and supervising programs at both the clinical and systems level.
I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, and deeply rooted relationship patterns. I help clients understand how past experiences—including loss and relational wounds—shape how they feel and respond, so they can begin to create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and paced. I offer a relaxed, safe space where you can talk openly, and we work together to support deeper understanding, emotional steadiness, and more connected relationships.
